New Home New.... Book?

Two girls, Josie and Sarah, come to stay with their parent's old friend, Stanford Pines, for the summer. They meet the twins, Dipper and Mabel, and learn to live with them as well. And maybe one of the girls like Dipper a bit more then friends? They have an amazing journey through summer. What they don't know is that their is something odd going on in this shady town of Gravity Falls.
