Ka'von Hobson isn't your average teenager. Graduating from North Atlanta High with all honors, he happens to be a musical prodigy and attends Spelman . Then you have Ejai Jones from The Bronx who received a basketball scholarship to NYU. They live two separate lives, but they don't know what fate has in store for them. Some say that the grass is greener on the other side. This myth is coming to real life when Ka'von's dream may become a reality, when he's offered a recording deal for Columbia Records. Although everything may be going good for Ka'von now, it comes to a hold when Ejai has been offered a spot on the L.A. Lakers.
