Plagued by mysterious dark visions, an African painted dog princess is banished from her home. As she journeys to find where she truly belongs in her world, sheltering wherever the road takes her, scraping for meals and forming a pack of her own out of the most unlikely places, she finds that things are not always black and white when it comes to virtue and sacrifice.
