Kevin the leader of a gang called DOA that was feared greatly throughout New York (who i will call Kay for this entire story) moves into the 12 bedroom house across Justin's (who i will call Jay the entire story) family house.
They were actually enemies and when Jay saw him move in he was worried and sometimes scared to even go outside.
