Ten Years to The Day

After saving Olympus again, Percy and Annabeth had a falling out and ended up breaking up. Percy went to Athena and asked for a request. He requested to be able to understand and speak different languages as well as to be able to read and write other languages. She granted him this request and afterwards Percy was gone for ten years, until he was needed again.
