Aaliyah Smith is beautiful, educated, and ambitious. She works for high-profile fashion magazine "Cut", has amazing friends, and a wonderful life. Aaliyah has worked hard to become successful and is now in a position she always dreamed of at Cut. The only thing her life is missing is a partner to share her success with.
Michael Carter is a handsome, successful, and driven man. When he moves from New York to Atlanta to become editor and chief of Cut magazine he realizes he's missing a companion in his life.
Aaliyah and Michael get off to a rocky start but soon realize that they may be what each other has been looking for all along.
