Oopsies

August had started to pick at the skin surrounding his nails, Seth grabbed his hand just holding it as the birds flew by out the window. A crow landed on the window seal with a worm in its mouth. Seth's face stayed perfectly still, as he faced August. He smiled as he saw August eyeing the bird who was now watching them intensely with its beady little eyes.
"What? Believe in bad luck?" Seth sounded interested. August hesitantly looked at Seth who still held his hand and was still beautiful in the golden light, then he got mad at himself for thinking that. August grimaced, turning back towards the crow as she devoured her worm.
