Part I: Stranger's Bond

The story of Jacques Kylo and Kiara Alexandria, two patients at St. Thomas' Hospital in London who both suffer from cystic fibrosis. Kiara is waiting for a lung transplant while Kylo deals with heart problems. They bond over shared experiences, mutual interests like books and art, and regularly meet on the hospital balcony, despite their illness preventing close contact with others. Their friendship deepens into love, with both finding hope and happiness in each other's company.
