Keefe and Tam had run away to start a new life in the Forbidden Cities. They left their friends and family behind in the Blackswan and in the Neverseen for a peaceful life, though their peace may be short lived as another rebel group rises, threatening both the Neverseen, Blackswan and Council as a whole, including their own families and friends. Yet, it seems that not everything is as it is told.
