Jo Harvelle was supposed to be a normal girl. Blonde, smart, pretty, and funny, her mom always said she had so much potential. But when she is bullied out of college for being "scary", she lands back at the diner in Nebraska with her mom, the hunter.
Now all she wants is to not live and die as just her mother's daughter, anonymous. The escape comes in the form of two brothers and their retro getaway car, who need a fresh pair of eyes on the case.
