The people believe that they rule themselves by the design known as democracy, they trust themselves to be masters of the world. They rule the countries whilst they squabble between themselves, perceiving the world with their own eyes, blind to the threads of shadows woven behind their autonomy. But in reality, it is the Immortal's who truly rule the land, the leaders- the president , the prime minister and the royal families are simple puppets to the leader and make them dance to their wishes. The Immortals are what the humane people once called their gods', one still being called their god. Powerful and eternal each laying claims on different countries, each ruling them from their immortal cities.. Tristan Edge finds himself in a city of immortals, for a sin and is expected to save the city that he had never heard of and from the events that has nothing to do with him. Edge soon figures he represents a blood line that from the age of immortals had contested to save or destroy the city.
