Benjamin Wisset is a good guy. He's satisfied with his life, and nothing terrible or devastating has ever happened to him. Until the day the letter arrived. The letter that could, and would, change his life forever.

Ben didn't want to enter the Selection. And when he made it to the palace, his feelings didn't change in the least. But as time went on, someone did fall in love.

Unfortunately, the someone else didn't.
