Nestled deep within the lush, verdant forests of Pandora, the Kame'tire clan possessed ancient knowledge of the planet's botanical wonders and healing plants, making them the most skiled among their kin. Their expertise was so great that they could heal nearly any injury and even revive those on the brink of death. Tragically, Ma'vona's father fell from grace and was killed and expelled from the clan. Accused of treason for his alleged alliance with the sky people and the RDA, he was held responsible for the potential devastation he brought upon the Kame'tire sacred home. His betrayal not only led to his own banishment but also resulted in the expulsion of his young daughter, Ma'vona, who was just six years old at the time and had lost her mother. Cast out into the wilderness with no family and no place to call home, Ma'vona was forced to fend for herself. She lived in solitude, evading detection and leading a life of quiet wandering, careful never to intrude upon others. Her existence became a mere whisper in the shadows of the forests. Everything changed, however, when Ma'vona stumbled upon a seemingly lifeless body on the shore as she was out hunting for food. The boy was bound with ropes, not the usual ones, but the ones specifically used for one's funeral. This detail indicated that he had been submerged into the water as a burial; similar to the burial done to and by the reef people. Yet, as Ma'vona approached, she discovered a startling twist-his chest rose up and down, indicating that he was indeed not lifeless.
