5: Can't keep a good cop down

This story is a bit different Blecker/Cross doesn't factor went into it for quite a while in but it does take place within the same continuity. Narratively it's more like my old plus serious fix, which was basically a reimagining of the source series just with my own personal changes done to it.
Because of that, this reads a bit differently, unless the episode has major changes it's just skipped There's also why our story starts on episode 5.
