Prologue

Life was perfect till it wasn't.

Lorie Ventus's parents died in an awful car crash when she was ten and yet somehow she lived. With no known family members she is sent to Fortitudo & Cordis. The place has everything that any kid could ever want. And yet Lorie wants none of it.

When her big sixteenth birthday nears her world seems to flip. Now she has to figure out what's happening and how to stop it. But that shouldn't be a problem as long as she avoids the infamous Her.
