Academy city of Kivotos, an utopian and futuristic city-state, home to thousands of diverse academies. These academies are divided into mostly independent districts, yet they are all governed by the General Student Council, which acts as central authority to oversee and manage them and also to ensures order and cooperation among the academies.

However, hidden deep within northern but secluded territory of Kivotos lies an academy whose existence is known to only a select few. This academy, shrouded in secrecy, operates in complete isolation from the rest of Kivotos, and its presence is unknown to the vast majority of the residents and students.

Unlike the other academies, this academy operates under its own constitution, maintaining a powerful armed forces and answers to no one, not even to the whole General Student Council. It has always pledged loyalty solely to one individual: the President of the General Student Council.

But everything changes with sudden and unexplained disappearance of the GSC President. In the wake of this event, the academy makes a bold declaration: it will no longer heed the commands of the General Student Council. This defiance extends even to rejecting the authority of SCHALE, an extrajudicial and autonomous organization with authority surpassing that of individual academies.

Nanagami Rin, the Vice President of the General Student Council, who had assumed the role of acting leader of Kivotos, discovers the academy's rebellion. Yet, she is powerless to act. This academy, unknown to most academies in Kivotos, even to the newly established SCHALE, is the most largest, powerful and most formidable academy in all of Kivotos, both in economic might, military strength and technological prowess.

This academy is known as Leninsky Military Academy. But since the disappearance of the GSC President, it has taken on a new name, the Leninsky Soviet Military Force Academy. A name that strikes fear into those who are aware of its true capabilities.
