When Penny's fiancée, Kyle, leaves her at the altar, she escapes for some respite. The cabin is just what she needs, fleeing the gossip that would otherwise follow her back home. That is, until Chase appears on her doorstep.

Chase has always regretted not taking a chance with Penny, when they met. Being the third wheel to his brother, Kyle, and Penny's love story for the past decade hasn't been easy. But now his brother has done the unthinkable, Chase might just have a second chance. It's now or never.
