OC 1 - Peso's little sister, Petra

I'm going to create OCs as younger siblings for all the Octonauts characters (except for C.B and Inkling - daddy and grandpa, obvs) . Thanks to @thethirdweasleytwin for inspiring me with their OC, Jane. They are the reason this book exists.
