Billy has a lot of rage built up, he takes it out through the typical ways; sports, punching stuff, & murder. Steve didn't realize he liked being used until it started, and Eddie didn't realize he had a thing for Steve until Billy Hargrove started perusing him. What's a little bit of stalking?
