Chapter One

Cassie Adams is a figure skater who is done with the sport, her mother, and her strict regimen. Devin Flock is a hockey player who has anxiety, zero friends at the moment, and trouble keeping up with the others. When Cassie runs into Devin, they make a deal. Cassie will help Devin make friends by pretending to be his girlfriend, and in turn, Devin will buy her cheeseburgers. But what happens when Devin starts to catch feelings? Or Cassie realizes she doesn't want to skate anymore?
