This is a story of identical twins, Paige and Belle. Paige tries to navigate the world with abusive parents, being in remission from breast cancer. Belle has autism spectrum disorder and develops severe OCD. Poppy struggles to deal with Belle. Paige wants Belle to get better. What is causing Belle's OCD? Will Belle get better?
