Description
Mageia Academy, where the "extraordinary" go to learn how to be even more extraordinary. You know, like, the kind of place where you'd expect to see unicorns frolicking in the quad and wizards making meals fly in the cafeteria. But Shivani, is having none of it. She's got a serious case of "I'm-too-powerful-for-this-place" syndrome. She's basically the angsty teenager of the mageia world, despising everything about her lineage and her powers. It's like she's got a giant "Do Not Disturb" sign plastered across her forehead, and it reads, "I'm not like other descendants, I'm special... and miserable." As in the miserable direct descendant of one and only, Hades. Then, bam! Enter seven individuals who are so different from her. And guess what? They're the key to her accepting her destiny, her responsibilities, and, you know, the whole "darkness" thing. As her mother says, there's nothing wrong with a little bit of "monsters in the shadows."
