Introduction

The story starts in mid-1920 in a small remote town in Spain where two troubled lovers fall in love at first sight and find comfort in each other.
Eventually, they decide to run away from the town in pursuit of the big city but get tragically separated at the train station.
Now Antonio is engeged and a successful business owner with a shady side to his company and Eva is running from the law because of a misunderstanding when their paths unexpectedly cross again forcing them to confront their past and reconsider the future they once dreamed of together.
