Chapter 0: One man mission

The world is filled with karma bound spirits, beings that appear after death, ( don't mistake them with souls ).The "releasers" of the Peace Keepers Association, people that release these spirits from the physical world, are in charge of dealing with them. A certain man seems to be on a mission of great importance, what could it be?
