Chapter One

Chosen Ones, Dark Lords, and prophecies can only crop up so many times in history before people start noticing a pattern and building a bureaucracy around them. Iann Shen grows up right in the middle of this bureaucracy in a stressful position: a Chosen One, destined to defeat the Great, Dark Evil... who really isn't taking the whole 'evil' thing as seriously as he should be.
