Chapter 1- Sage

Darcy Woodrow comes from an esteemed family of Vampire Hunters. It's a given that he will become top student, as his parents and grandparents did before him. Everyone is hoping that he will live up to his family legacy, and the pressure just might break him.
Sage comes from an alcoholic mother and an abusive father. He only goes to the Academy of Hunters so he can become one and save his brothers and sisters from their broken family.
