Years have passed since Sugo's second defeat and the dramatic rescue of Phoenopolix. Though peace was restored, Earth remains scarred-many regions still uninhabitable and under reconstruction. To shelter survivors from Earth and other shattered worlds, a new sanctuary was created: the Valoria Region.

Now, a new era begins. Meet the Club of Phoenix-the next generation of heroes, led by Roscoe and Helen, the twin children of Chiko.
