Prologue

Kinkajou is not an easily discouraged dragon. But now that she heroically saved the world from Darkstalker, and her friends have defeated the 'Great Evil' in Pantala, she struggles with returning to her old life.

Especially now that so many things have changed... there are new dragons at Jade Mountain, ones that she isn't quite sure that she can trust. There is conflict between Kinkajou and Moon, and the appearance of a hostile MudWing looking for someone in the school causes tension to rise in the academy.

Will anything ever return to normal, or is she destined to be trapped by her feelings for eternity?
