Terms and Conditions (not really)

Something I decided to do after seeing similar stories about this concept. I wanted to throw my hat into the ring and see if I could do something similar to it. Really I'm doing this outta pure curiosity and boredom. But maybe this'll take off, but if it doesn't; oh well. That's life for you.
