Mysterious Creature's Small town vist

Deep within the forest sits a small Town surrounded by trees on all sides of the town with a wooden fence at the border between the trees and the community with one entry point on the east side of the town. Inside the town, lives happy folk while on the outside lives a mysterious force that constantly watches them at night. One resident named Will lives in a small house a few feet inside from the entry point who gets a shocking and mysterious figure at his door in the middle of the night.
