The Council

Kim Nakyoung was forced to transfer to Korea's most prestigious school , WAV High , with her younger stepsister , Kim Chaeyeon .

However , in this school everyone had to call each other by their register number and they were also ranked by how many success they brought to their school .

Just like any other schools , there will be
some rules that they have to comply to and if they failed to do so , they will have to face the harsh consequences .
