This book is full of different emotions and the feeling behind them. Each chapter is filled with words of despair to words of healing. Each emotion living free and carelessly without judgement.
I share these with you to give you comfort knowing someone else feels and thinks the same way you would. I began writing these in my Weekly Group therapy sessions but now i feel like i can share how i feel with the world.
