Background Info ;

It's 1982, In a small area called Pine Ridge (which may or may not be real), In Michigan. Its a rural - suburban town, not by many big cities but by one called Harrington ( also may not be real or not)
Almost everyone knows eachother in town, A perfect town where children can play outside without worrying about being kidnapped. Parents didn't have to worry about not being able to see their children again. All until August.
