A Thorough Answer To "Why Does One Have A Bellybutton Fetish?"

This is a long-form response I gave to someone who posed the question on Quora, an open-to-the-public social media site where anyone can pose questions about anything, and get answers. Looking back on what I wrote, I decided to publish it here as well, since it is a thorough answer. I really, really am passionate about wanting people - especially guys - to "get" this concept, since there's a lot of misinformation surrounding sex, fetishes, and apparel.
