Josh Peck's family & brother Drake died because Oprah ran them over in revenge for Josh hitting her with his car. Josh is left alone in an orphanage ran by Ellen Degeneres. One day Josh's heroes, One Direction (-Zayn +Ryan Ross), come to the orphanage in search to adopt Calum Hood but find out he was already adopted by Dr. Phil & Judge Judy.
