Mailman, Alex, has been secretly in love with Emma for years, watching her from afar as he delivers her mail.
When he discovers she's receiving letters from her husband, Jack, he feels threatened and heartbroken.
n a misguided attempt to "protect" Emma from what he perceives as a distant and unappreciative husband, Alex begins to discard the letters.
As Emma investigates the missing letters, she confronts Alex, who confesses his love and motivations.
Emma is torn between her loyalty to Jack
