April's hot headed identical twin sister, Phoenix, comes to live with her in New York. And not knowing that April is friends with 4, 6'5'' mutant turtles. They give Phoenix quiet a surprise.

Looks: like April
Eyes: Sky Blue with a golden ring on the outside of the pupils.
Hair: Same as April but longer.
Body Figure: Built, same height as April, tan, a D-cup, and hourglass body, and big ass.
