This is a story of my mental health journey. It is made to spread awarness of mental health and the effects of it.

During 2023 i was at the lowest point in my life. I didnt think it could get any worse. But boy was i wrong.

During 2022 i struggled with school, relationships with family, bullying, and suicidal thoughts. In 2023 it took a turn for the worst. Follow along while i share my journey with you.
