Description
Sage's heart pounded in his chest, each beat a frantic echo of his confusion and fear. Instinct drove him to move, to escape the unseen horrors lurking in the darkness. He stumbled into a serene glade, the oppressive darkness of the forest giving way to a gentle, ethereal light. Sage's legs gave out beneath him, and he collapsed to the ground, gasping for breath. It was then that he saw him. Standing with an ethereal grace, his presence a beacon of calm amidst the chaos, was a warrior. His hair shimmered silvery-black in the moonlight, and hollow eyes lacked light and liveliness that seemed both eerie and empty. That wasn't the only thing Sage had noticed -he have never seen someone as attractively captivating as this guy, it only made him want to stare even more- maybe get closer to him even. Sage's heart pounded in his chest as he tried to focus on the mysterious figure. Sage tried to rise again, but his knees buckled, and he stumbled forward, falling into a puddle on the ground. His thoughts were cut short as his vision darkened, and he felt himself slipping into unconsciousness. The last thing he saw before everything went black was the warrior getting attacked by a creature ten-times bigger than him.
