Complete Chaos

The council building is completely destroyed. Many people are dead, many injured. On top of that, someone (or something?) is wandering around the streets of Piltover and Zaun, murdering people - a threat that Vi, Caitlyn, Ekko and Co. will have to deal with, while every single one of them is struggling with their very own personal problems. Can they manage?
