Aliza believes her world is falling apart. Her husband, Joe has been distant lately. People look at her strangely in the street. She believes Joe may be cheating on her as he has changed a lot since the accident that nearly pulled them apart.

Joe knows he has been distant since the accident but the secret he has held since he regained consciousness would destroy Aliza if she could ever learn to accept the truth.

Will their love overcome Joe's secret or will it drive Aliza to the edge of madness?
