Part 1: Awaken to a mystery

The female protagonist, wakes up in an unfamiliar place surrounded by people that she could've sworn she'd never seen. Without a single memory of her past she goes on, struggling to find her place in the world but fearing to tell anyone what she's going through she decides to keep this truth a secret to the unfamiliar faces that surround her.
There's definitely some romance in this, mystery and suspense! :)
