Ten thousand years ago, a massive battle Royal knows as the battle fight was fought by fifty-two demons knows as the undead, each representing a special fighting for dominance over all others. In the present day, archaeologists discover the sealed undead, and accidentally set them free, thus a new battle begins. By the boy name Kenzaki Kazuki, a guy who can't remember anything but his name, he is also the Kamen Rider Blade to protect people from undead. He part time job at board as he become Oogai First Middle School. The trump kingdom is a magical world where everyone's hearts live happily with the guidance of their ruler princess Marie ange. However one day, a evil force know as the jikochu attacked the kingdom. But, warrior who served marie ange, knows as cure sword, fended the jikochu by herself before being sent the human world with her fairy partner to find missing princess. The cure sword also brought with her three other fairies who are to find three chosen girls to be her allies. One of the fairies, charles, find girl name ma aida who is her school's student council president. Whilst visiting the clover tower observatory during her school's orientation day, mana encounter jikochu who attempt to manipulate her heart but being found by charles as he gives her the power to become cure heart. Joined by Blade, Garren, Cure Diamond, Chalice, Cure Rosetta and cure sword, dokidoki Precure must fight to protect everyone from the jikochu and undead.
