Eleanor Hopper was the twin sister of Sara Hopper. After Jim Hopper fought in the Vietnam war and was exposed to Agent Orange he and his wife had twin girls, Eleanor, the oldest of the twins was taken at birth, she was...special due to the Agent Orange she was gifted with powers at birth. In the rainbow room Eleanor met Jane. Jane became Eleven and Eleanor became Twelve. Eleanor made a deal with One, if he helped her escape that night she had to promise to help him out when he needed her, stupid young Eleanor agreed. fast forward to 1983, Eleanor lives with her father in his beaten up trailer and is best friends with Mike Wheeler, Dustin Henderson, Lucas Sinclair and Will Byers
