how do you confess to someone that you've known for six years, and met at a band camp one summer, that you love them? how do you tell them that you're obsessed, addicted even, to the way they talk, to the way they look at you, to the way that they smile, and do things. how do you tell them that you are in love? that you have been in love with them for six years? that you get high off of them, that you want to kiss their beautiful skin, that you want to be with them for ever? this is the one thing that the popular kid, Milo, struggles with. He met Atlas one year, during band camp, and hadn't talked to him for four years after that. But now that they go to the same school, he has every opportunity to tell Atlas how he feels, but he can't. Not only can he not because of the fear, but also because he's with someone who he doesn't want to be with. ---- hiii!! so like, low-key (actually high-key) this story is based on something that happened to me IRL with someone who I used to be close with, but I decided to make two of my beloved OC's love life miserable because angst is life. anyways, I hope you enjoy. if there are any triggering things, I will put a TW at the beginning.
