I am aware that Alastor is classified as Aro/Ace so please if you've clicked on this fic thinking it's romance. Nope, go back, and read the tags. It's all platonic. I'm setting this up to be two best friends one has a more dominant personality and is just comforting his friend. Also yes this will be super out of character for them both. They're being written as lifelong friends, not enemies. (And I know they weren't always enemies but that's how the show sort of portrays their relationship.)
