Description
Hot shot is a playful and active five year old. He lives with his father Heatwave and his mother Quickshadow. His father is a firefighter and his mother is a pediatric oncologist. They all live in Fort Worth Texas. The live a happy life there. However soon Hot shot begins to feel unwell. His left knee is hurting, he is limping, he has a fever and there is a lump where his knee is. His worried parents take him to see his pediatrician. His pediatrician is worried and sends them to Cook Children's hospital to see a pediatric oncologist. There they do all kinds of tests on Hot shot. Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma a type of bone cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to fight his cancer. He makes friends with four other kids with the same type of cancer and they become best friends. Hot shot is determined to kick cancer's butt. (Humanized)
