Hey there! So I don't want to say my name but you guys can call me Rachel.
I am 13 (almost 14!) and I have been through lots. I have been depressed, had anxiety beyond belief and been anorexic on and off for a while. This book will help you (hopefully) through tough times. Message me or post on my wall thingy any ideas for chapters.
