What do you do when you've been touched by a monster?

Power drips from your claws like rain. Violence courses through your veins. Vision? It's all clouded by the need to kill. It calls to you. The thing you've transformed into is pure evil. It is you. What are you going to do about it?

This is my calling.

I ran, feeling my feet slide through the wet leaves. I shoved my hands against my ears, desperately trying to block out the voice.

Why are you running from me?

I need you. I love you.

I am you.

The voice filled my mind. I shook my head, gritting my teeth. No. The voice wasn't real. It couldn't hurt me.
