It's now five years after the end of the events of the Drake and Josh series, the boys are now twenty two, recently graduated college, and live together as roommates, but after Drake is reminded of his past trauma's, his mental state is punched down, Josh helps him and introduces him to a new coping mechanism that he also helps with.
